A Joinder Agreement

From a legal point of view, an amendment to the original agreement is made; on the other hand, a Joinder agreement does not make any changes to the original agreement. Technically, it is recommended to make a change if you need to make substantial changes to the original agreement. Any modification of the treaty or agreements requires a modification.
